When you look in the mirror, you are seeing someone loved and appreciated.

Happy Magic Love Dust *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
We have the capacity to love ourselves, if we’d only grant us permission. From birth we’re often trained to look outward for love, approval, acceptance. For some reason, we grow into adults looking ourselves in the mirror and disliking what we see. The mirror may be physical or mental. Our worst critic being ourselves.
Couple of months ago, I got sick of this game of self sabatoge and decided to love myself. Love myself as though I was courting…courting me. Taking better care of myself, not just by thinking good things, but by cherishing my memories, healing, forgiving and by getting physical. Started walking on a regular basis, then Bikram Yoga, and now running. I eat better. I care about getting enough sleep and in general, have become a better mother, friend and more relaxed as a partner/lover. I stopped criticizing myself too.
The scariest person to love, is often ourselves, because we know all our deepest darkest secrets. Until you can decide that you can love yourself, I’m loving you to give you courage and strength.
