Yesterday, I opened Happy Magic Love Dust to the web and opened up a Facebook & Twitter account to share the love.
This morning, I text my list of folks to let them know about the online stuff. Because this morning’s Love Dusting was more about informing, rather than sharing, today I’m sharing a Love Dusting from February 13, 2012.
“Come dance on sunbeams with me. It’s better than coffee! Happy Magic Love Dust *//*~//*~//*~//*~//*~//*”

is that a magical moon cloud?
The sky directly above my home is a fork between two wind streams. One comes in almost straight from the west toward the coast of North Carolina then curves North in a soft ‘L’ shape. The other comes in more directly from the South headed North, just East of the 1st & then they join into one big river of power. Because I live where the sky is wide open (i.e. pretty much treeless in the nearby vicinity), I get to watch amazing weather patterns. Very often, storm systems rumble through and when they’re done, the sunbeams can be amazing.
Holy OMG! amazing.
They scatter across the land, brilliant reminders that the sun truly is always there. Sometimes when the storm systems are high and the winds moving fast, even on the dreariest days, a hole pops open in the clouds and sun shines down, a golden beam of light to dazzle the eyes. I love these sunbeams. They brighten my day. I look for them whenever clouds and sun combine. Sometimes, even on sunny days, a cloud can cast a shadow and surrounding the shadow, sunbeams appear.
This thought comes to mind: When we open our eyes and look up to the sky, shining down through clouds heavy from rains now gone, sunbeams often shatter the darkness with amazing patterns that show us, love & the smile in our heart is as large as we let it be.
During our darkest times, our dreariest moments, when the world scares us, the light of life still sparks within us. That spark(le) is more brilliant, stronger and so full of love, no darkness could ever truly snuff it out. When we choose to dance on the sunbeams i.e. the joys of life, we give the spark(le) the power to can wake us up emotionally, spiritually, mentally & physically.
That, my dear people means: ‘better than coffee’.
fyi – I’m a self proclaimed coffee-holic.
